COFFMAN NETS IN TOUGH KING LOSS
TUSCULUM COLLEGE - In a hard fought contest in the grueling heat the Lady Pioneers of Tusculum College came out on top. Against the run of play in the first half the Lady Tornado's found there selves behind at half time of a deflected cross which was directed in to the net by Kelly Barron.
After half time the Lady Tornado came out with all guns blazing and pressing the Pioneers’ deep inside there own half of the field. The pressure finally paid of when Pua Coffman broke into the penalty area and was brought down by the Tusculum defender. Coffman then step up with ease to slot the ball in to the right hand corner from the penalty spot. Even though King pressed for a winner it was the Pioneers who prevailed in the contest, with King conceding to late Goals to end the contest.

Coach Swan said after the game. "We had a great opportunity to win this one after a tough loss to Mars Hill; but we need to believe from the first whistle to the last. We are better than the result shows and no doubt you will see this in our future results."

There are four Impact girls that start for king, Sarah Dysarczyk, Pua Coffman, Karmin Helton, and Elizabeth Borris.
